Our Cabinetry Process

Bring your ideas. Let us know what you want and we will create a drawing. We will also provide an estimate of the total cost to complete your project. We often have large lead times, especially for large projects. Don’t wait to call.

With an initial idea in place, we will continue to communicate back and forth about your project to finalize the project and ensure we understand what you are looking for.

Once we have our idea for the project, we will take exact measurements of the kitchen space. We will work with the other trades involved in the kitchen build or remodel to help ensure a smooth installation.

Once everything else is in place, we will get you to finalize the design, colors, wood species, and other details and then sign off on the project. Your project will then go into queue for production. 

Instead of installing everything at once, we install the cabinet boxes first. This allows plumbing, electrical, flooring, countertops, and other work to be done without excessive risk of damage to the face of your new cabinets.

Once countertops are done, we will return to finish the install. Usually this is done after climate control is in and flooring is finished so we can install our face and trim pieces exactly where they need to be. Doors and drawer fronts will also be installed at this time. Depending on the size of your job, this can take several days or even weeks if your job is large enough.
